Our Payment & Engagement Policy
A 40% non-refundable upfront payment is required to book the project and initiate design and development. The completed website is presented exclusively via a live video or Zoom call. Once the client approves the design and the site is finalised, the remaining payment is due before final handover. By proceeding with the upfront payment, the client acknowledges agreement to our project scope, delivery timeline, and support terms as communicated. Major redesigns, new sections, or structural changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.

How does the 48-hour delivery work?
The 48-hour Speed Launch is exclusive to the Basic Plan only. Once you confirm your requirements, share your content (logo, text, images), and complete the 40% upfront payment — we deliver a live website within 48 hours. Standard plans deliver in 2–5 business days and Pro plans in 3–5 business days, depending on project scope and your feedback turnaround.
Do I have to pay before seeing any work?
Yes, a 40% non-refundable upfront payment is required to book the project and initiate design and development. We dedicate significant time and resources to creating a custom website for your business, and this initial payment ensures commitment from both sides. The remaining balance is only paid once you are fully satisfied with the final site.
What does the 1-month free support include?
The 1-month support covers minor changes only — updating text content, swapping images, fixing small display issues, or answering technical questions. It does not include building new pages, redesigning sections, adding new features, or major structural changes. Those are scoped and quoted separately.
How do I pay?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, and cash. All prices are in Indian Rupees. No foreign payment methods, no GST complications. A 40% upfront payment is required to begin, and the balance is paid upon final approval.

By using the services of Proxima Kore ("we", "us", "our") or engaging us for a website project, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all website design and development engagements.
2. Services
We offer website design and development services as described in our pricing plans (Basic, Standard, and Pro). The exact scope of work for each engagement is confirmed prior to the 40% upfront payment and reiterated in a written confirmation email.
3. Payment Terms
A 40% non-refundable upfront payment is required to book the project and initiate the design and development process.
The remaining balance is due within 10 days of the website successfully ranking/indexing on Google. If the final payment is not received within this 10-day period, website hosting will be automatically paused until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Accepted payment methods: UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and cash only.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment constitutes the Client's acceptance of the agreed project scope and these Terms.
4. Deliverables and Timelines
Basic Plan: 48-hour delivery after payment and receipt of all required content from the Client.
Standard Plan: 2–5 business days depending on project complexity and Client feedback turnaround.
Pro Plan: 3–5 business days depending on project complexity and Client feedback turnaround.
Timelines begin from the date of payment and receipt of all required content (logo, text, images, references).
Delays caused by the Client's failure to provide required content will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
5. Domain and Hosting
The Client is responsible for purchasing and renewing their own domain name. Domain registration is not included in any plan.
Only Netlify free tier hosting is included in all plans. If site traffic exceeds the free tier limitations, the client is responsible for paying any upgraded hosting charges directly. Hosting terms will be communicated prior to booking.
5a. Additional Policies
Product Listing Policy: Packages cover product listings as specified on the pricing page. After 50 product listings, additional listings are charged in blocks of 50. For example, adding 10 more products after the initial 50 will incur the full cost of an additional 50-product block.
Image Editing: Image editing is not included in the standard development pricing. For all plans, image editing services are available at an additional rate of ₹1,200 per 100 images.
6. Post-Launch Support
All plans include 1 month of free post-launch maintenance and site file backup availability. This 1-month period commences strictly on the day of project completion (the date the website is successfully hosted and made live), regardless of whether the site has been ranked by Google yet.
Support covers minor content changes only — text updates, image swaps, and small display fixes.
Support does not include: building new pages, adding new sections, redesigning any part of the site, new feature development, or third-party integrations not included in the original scope.
Any work outside the above scope will be quoted and billed separately.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client owns the final website design and code delivered to them.
We retain the right to display the completed project in our portfolio unless the Client expressly requests otherwise in writing.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that any content (text, images, logos) they provide is either owned by them or properly licensed for use.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
The 40% upfront payment is strictly non-refundable once work has commenced. This covers the time and resources dedicated to initiating your project.
If the Client cancels the project after the upfront payment but before the final site is delivered, no further payment will be demanded, but the initial 40% will not be refunded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Proxima Kore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of any website we deliver. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that specific project.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Existing project engagements in progress at the time of any update will continue under the terms agreed at the time of payment.
